We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk with warehouse experience to join our team in Northbrook. Your proficiency in Excel will be essential in effectively managing and analyzing inventory data.

Responsibilities:
 – Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels, item descriptions, and locations.
– Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
– Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring they match order specifications.
– Organize and optimize warehouse space to facilitate efficient stock management.
– Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
– Utilize Excel to create, update, and analyze inventory spreadsheets, tracking stock movement and trends.
Qualifications:
 – High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
– Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role in a warehouse setting.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to accurately manage inventory records.
– Physical ability to lift and move objects, as well as stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
