- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or Business
· Previous marketing experience with a brand-driven, CPG, retail or multi-unit restaurant
- A minimum of 5 years directly related and progressive experience
· Excellent project management skills with demonstrated success in taking major projects and initiatives to the finish line to great business results
- Highly organized strategic thinker with excellent creative instincts, yet practical enough to solve day-to-day challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Restaurant industry knowledge preferred
- Travel <15%
