Your role is to onboard new organisations (direct clients, agencies and production studios) by envisioning and deploying the most accurate and efficient configuration of our technology stack (Digital Asset Management, Digital workflow, marketing automation,…) and once deployed, to own the relationship with your clients, to monitor KPIs and drive process and platform optimisation.
You are part of the global HQ / Market Forward team, you will report to our Global Business Process Manager and work hand in hand with our Development team.
• Collaborate with Production teams in different Business and geographical areas (mostly EMEA and Apac) to understand workflow, tools, measure data, to document production processes and provide process toolkits, to understand major pain points vs value add, and drive continuous improvement,
• Contribute to define the best setting for Cloud toolset, document and provide tech specs to dev team, guarantee delivery on time / budget, manage UAT with client, train and manage change,
• Feed IT Roadmap where possible to help fill these gaps and automate where possible,
Transfer knowledge to your peers, local integration teams when and where needed around the globe
Experience and skills
- 3 / 4 years of experience in software industry (project and / or process and / or change management)
- Experience in communication / digital / production industry is not mandatory but would definitely be an added value
- Interest in technology and processes, workflows, organization with clients,
- Can share examples of successful process optimization projects and / or BtoB platform deployments in the past
- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Requires listening, analysis and teaching ability as well as the capacity to influence
- Easiness with online tools
- Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of information
- Dynamic and proactive
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
