Position Overview: Seeking a customer-oriented Receptionist/Sales Representative for our upscale Med Spa in Rolling Meadows. Greet clients, schedule appointments, promote services, and ensure a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide information on our Med Spa services and treatments.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing detailed information and pricing options.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist, sales representative, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
• Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, with a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Med Spa treatments and cosmetic services is a plus, but not required.
