Motivation
Even when it’s challenging to discern true motivation, do your best and listen to your inner voice. Sometimes, the idea of “responsibility” can drive you to secure your family’s future. Strive to perform at your highest level, but avoid putting excessive pressure on yourself. Set goals and keep pushing forward until you achieve the “prize.”

Measure twice and cut once
Don’t rush into decisions, if you want to success you have to analyze every step, “higher salary” can’t guarantee a happy future, think carefully about the offers , to obtain a corresponding effect . Stay mindful for the risks made by your choices.

Empathy
The IT career is focused on providing services, empathy plays an important role for employee. If IT-engineers do not sympathize with other’s problem, they can damage their reputation, which can damage their own career.

Take a step back
Take a step back and analyze everything. You will see that a team is not a team without you, you are their reason to succeed. IT requires a lot of time and patience, identify and solve risks, then refocus. Your influence in IT will grow.

Think beyond the horizon
At times you might feel “trapped” and can’t escape it, is not always true ,it’s just a stereotype that we strongly form ,change the way of looking at some things, it can change your way of working. Acknowledge and reconsider strategies that grant you more control and enable action.
